How do I handle spam mails?

1. Customize the spam filter level

It is possible to adjust the spam filter level in eControlPanel as described here.

2. Whitelist / blacklist

Similarly, in eControlPanel, it is possible to either whitelist or blacklist specific email addresses as described here.

3. Sorting in Mail Program

An alternative to the above methods is to mark mails as spam in the mail program.

Here it is important to distinguish junk mails and spam mails as our spam filter learns based on emails that are moved to the junk folder via the IMAP service.
