I have uploaded files to the server, but my website is not showing up?

When you upload files to your website, it is important that it is done in the correct folder.
The document root for your primary domain is always public_html or www.

The document root for add-on domains can be viewed as follows:

  1. Go to https://your-domain.dk/cpanel
  2. Go to Domains > Addon domains - here we note the document root of the domain name
    Tilføjelsesdomæner Knap
  3. Scroll down to Edit addon domain, where we note the document root of the domain name
    Dokumentroden findes under 'Dokumentrod' kolonnen
When you upload files to a specific website, you must remember to add them to the correct folder.
