Create a manual backup of your web hosting solution

If you need to create a backup of all data on your web hosting solution plan you can do this via cPanel.

"Backup On Demand" backups are saved for 2 days. It is only possible to have one of these backups at a time.

    1. Log on to your cPanel web hosting solution
    2. Navigate to Files > JetBackup 5
    3. Press "Create Backup On Demand" to create a backup of all your data. Click OK to confirm.

You will then be sent to the backup queue. Here you can see the status of your backup creation as well as recent activity.

Wait for the backup to be created. Depending on the size of your web hosting solution, this may take several minutes.
