Before you begin
We refer to your-domain.dk in this guide.
It is to be replaced by your own domain name, when following the guide.
Login in to your eControlPanel at mail.your-domain.dk:8080 and go to the tab Email -> Email Mailbox.
Click Add new mailbox to create a new account or click on an existing account, to change it.
- Name insert your name or company (not a requirement)
- Email insert your desired email address, for example mail: mail@your-domain.dk -
your username is the full email address. Using the example above it would be mail@your-domain.dk - Password insert the password you wish to use for the account
- Quota the number of space you wish to allocate the account, for example 500 Mb
- Send copy to you can insert an email address to forward a copy to
- Spamfilter select Normal
- The remaining fields can be ignored, as they are mainly there, if you wish to deactivate either POP, IMAP or receiving altogether.
Then click Save
