My FTP client reports an invalid certificate. What can I do?

Due to the new Personal Data Regulation Act, we have chosen to force logon with secure FTP.

The advantage of this is that login information will be encrypted when logging on to FTP through your FTP client software.

The first time you log on to FTP, you must therefore accept a certificate that ends on dotserv.com by checking the box Always trust the certificate in future sessions and afterwards clicking Ok.
