When a mail account is created through eControlPanel, it is possible to activate a spam filter for the individual mail account.
Under Email -> Email mailbox you can either create a new mail account or edit an existing mail account by clicking on it.
If the spam filter is set to - Not enabled - it is disabled and therefore spam will not be filtered off. This setting is not recommended.
The spam filter can be set to the following levels: Normal, Tolerant, Strong, Strict.
It is recommended to set the spam filter to Normal. If you continue to experience spam issues, you can adjust the level as needed.
