How can I cancel my subscription with

You can cancel your subscription easy and fast, by logging in to your Client Area and deactivate the automatic renewal of your subscription.

For services such as webhotels, you can log in to your Client Area and access the tab My services click on the arrow next to the product (to the right, next to Show details) and choose Request cancellation.

If you deactivate the automatic renewal, you need to be aware that the product/service, will be cancelled when the current subscription expires.

You can always have multiple active subscriptions with us and just cancel one of them and continue with the remaining subscriptions.
