If your your mail client displays the message Can not verify server identity the specified hostname in the settings of your email client has an invalid certificate.
You will need to change the hostname in the account settings of your email client
You can find the correct hostname by entering your email address via this link: https://enavn.dk/mailsetup
The hostname must be changed for both the incoming and the outgoing mail server.
Instructions for iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings -> Passwords & Accounts -> Click on your account -> Account.
Here you must find the Host Name field and replace the text with the hostname provided via the link above.
Once this has been entered, on the same page, click on SMTP -> Primary Server (in the top).
Here is also a field called Host Name, which you also need to replace with the hostname provided via the link above.
Then click OK at the top right, Accounts at the top left, and finally OK at the top right
Instructions for Outlook (Windows):
Click on the start menu, search for Control Panel and enter it.
Click on the item Mail (Microsoft Outlook ...)
Click Email Accounts
Click on your email account to select it.
Click the Change... button above.
Enter the following:
Incoming server: Can be found via the link at the top of this article
Outgoing server: Can be found via the link at the top of this article
Click Next and then Finish.
