If you are using a hosting solution and DNS with us, we will automatically configure the correct SPF record for you.
If you instead use external DNS but are using our email service, you must ensure that our network is included in your domain’s SPF record.
Our standard SPF record is as follows: v=spf1 include:_spf.dotserv.com -all. Remember to create it as a TXT DNS record.
If you already have an existing SPF record and want to add our SPF/network to it, simply use include:_spf.dotserv.com, placed anywhere between "v=spf1 … and … all".
