How do I whitelist an email adress or a domain name?

You can whitelist an email address or domain name that should not be marked as spam via the control panel of your webhosting solution (cPanel) as described below.

  1. Go to Email > Spam Filters
  2. Scroll down the page to Additional Configurations (For Advanced Users): and click on Show Additional Configurations
  3. Click on Edit Whitelist Settings
  4. Click on Add A New "whitelist_from" Item and enter the email address to whitelist in the form user@domain.dk. You can also specify a domain name by typing *@domain.dk
  5. Click on Update Whitelist "whitelist_from"
