How do I change PHP settings?

To change a specific PHP setting for a domain access 'MultiPHP INI Manager' via cPanel.

Here you can choose which domain you want to change settings for. Under 'Basic mode' you can change the most common settings such as upload_max_filesize. If you need to change values that are not found under 'Basic mode', you must switch to 'Editor mode'.
