My web hosting plan has gone over quota, what do I do?

If a website has gone over quota, it is possible to resolve the issue in one of the following ways:

1. Adjust quota via control panel

Log in to eControlPanel via http://your-domain.dk:8080.

Here you can view space usage for each of your websites under the Statistics -> Website quota.

Overview of webquota

Domain / website: The name of the website in question
Used space: Used space for the individual website
Soft limit: The space limit for the individual website

Clicking on a website allows you to customize how much of the total quota should be reserved for it.

2. Delete unused website content

It is possible to log in via FTP, get an overview of content stored on your web hosting plan and delete content that is no longer in use.

3. Purchase additional diskspace

Last but not least, it's possible to buy additional diskspace to an existing product or upgrade to a greater product. Both options are availble in the client area under the details of your product.
